I’ve got interview with EB1c too, scheduled for 27th of February. my friend had interview a year ago with EB1C, yes/no questions, the only thing that interested the officer was military service experience

are there any independents in your case , also was it waived and then scheduled or it was not waived before ?

Thank you all. General case details, I-140 and I-765 already approved and currently pending I-485. I’m a Director and head of country in my company, Started working there almost a decade ago and relocated about 18 months on E2 investor visa behalf of my wife business. Have 3 dependents in the case, my wife and 2 kids.

did they initially waive interview after biometrics. my interview showed up as been waived right after my biometrics, but I have now been advised by the lawyer that we may still be interviewed. Eb 1a

They do pick up cases for interview process. completely normal. Just be prepared but otherwise I wouldn’t worry much.
