My case has been stuck on Received for 13 months now, and a service request was sent with no response. anyone else in a similar situation? has anyone seen an approval after 400 days?

@Luke W 400 + days is looking outside the normal processing time.
EB1B i140 is eligible for premium processing, see if your lawyers can put in a request for premium processing now for already submitted application
