Hello @Julia Lo, Please, where did you see the USCIS times of 4 months? According to the official USCIS website, the average time for the processing of the I-140 (EB1-A) Nebraska is 20 months and Texas 23 months. I follow a couple of pages that show the daily USCIS approval statistics on the I-140 and if they have been approving the cases, from what I have been able to see, right now they are approving more this year, but the time is variable in each case. case, I suppose that those who pass quickly (and without PP) must be "lucky" because these pages that I follow do not describe more details. @Cora Rive I think historical processing times show an average of 3-4 months for 2023. my background is a PhD in molecular and cell biology, 7 research papers with 300+ citations. current and sponsored job with national interest for the US and grants from governmental agencies. Lawyers called the case a slam dunk so it went through without any issues. Hope this helps!
