EB-1A I-140 Regular Processing
Does anyone know current processing times for EB-1A I-140 regular processing ? My receipt date is 04/05/24 and is currently Actively Being Reviewed.

dont waste money in PP. acc to every attorney, uscis are rejecting Eb1A cases on PP. Check the linkedin of attorneys.

mine was 6 months exact for I140 approval EB1C. Texas office.

@T S all the EB-1A approvals in our platform were PP...at least two in a month. So I vehemently disagree with the attorney!
