EB-1A: How long did you have to wait?
Hello all,
I am interested in your experience. How long did you have to wait until a decision for your EB-1A case? USCIS shows that the processing time for an EB-1A I-140 petition is nowadays up to 23.5 months. (Texas Field Office)
Please share your insights. I guess not all cases take that long, though.

paying Premium processing is the best idea. is totally worth it. we got an answer in a week for EB1-B with PP

Trying Premium if possible. I got my decision for I-140 within three weeks of filing. My case was filed @ Texas.
