Congrats! This is great news! How long did it take for uscis to approve your case after your senator raised the request? How long did it take for you to hear back from senator?

Did you submit any document to the congressman for the request?? or did they ask you any?

@yeah sure I’ve been suspended from work for several months and had some family medical expenses to cover which stressed our savings

@EAD ASAP it took 4 days for a reply from the first contact, they asked for a cover letter plus supporting evidence. after sending the evidence, it took them 6 days to submit the inquiry. then a week later I got status updates regarding the EAD case, where the senator office submitted the evidence and the approval a few days later. total time was around 3 weeks

@T S yes, i submitted credit card statements, medical bills, childcare and rent expenses and more, in addition to a cover letter explaining what expedite category I was applying, and why.

@ Cristian Meneses, Congrats!!Did the online status change from "Expedite Request Approved" to "Card Being Procduced" or it went straight to "Case Approved", my expedite request (2nd request, the first one was denied back in December) was approved on January 13th and the online status is still stuck at "Expedite Request Approved", I had a chat with live agent via Emma chat and the agent also mentioned the expedite request is approved but case is not yet approved and still assigned to the officer which is really weird as I also had received the direct email from USCIS officer to whom I had sent supporting evidence and this officer's email indicated my EAD is approved and card is in production and will be mailed to me in next 30 days. Not sure what to believe at this point 🤔

and did you apply for I-485? My application is in the EB2-NIW category and I'm trying to get an idea of the EAD validity. Thank you.

@OON hey! yes, this was a concurrent filling for 150/131/485/765. I haven’t received the card yet but I guess it should be a year or so.

@m s the first attempt was denied the day after I placed the request the second attempt was denied 5 days after placing the request

Ok I did expidate on 131 and the officer call and then after one day I received email to send my urgent reson I send by mail but 3 month getting I didn't receive any dession

but they send in email that after careful review your request your iusee is best address to uscis to jurcidiction over your case if you belive your urgent send the deccomments I don't know will they give approval or not ?????

Hi I Filed my EB3 AOS application in December 2020 and My Priority date is October 2010, still no word anything (EAD/AP/GC), also I am losing my job by this month end, can you suggest me the best option to expedite my case, if I say Job loss as the reason for the expedite will USCIS deny whole AOS application? I am stressed a lot
