EAD/Advance Parole processing Time, NBC
Hello Family,
What’s the average processing time for EAD/AP at NBC?
My PD sept 1st, Bio: 0ct 7, and since then, I have been on active reviewed.

I’m sorry. this is the same for me (different FO) but I have no movement either ever since early October.

some November and December 2021 filers have been getting it recently

probably different Field Office etc. who knows how and why they chose the way they do. patience is all we have to pray for !

service centers are the ones processing the EADs not the field offices

NBC has been approving some November and December filers, even some January 2022 EADs. which I don’t understand.

Yes, I got approved /extension letter on Feb 8th, which I filled in December 22nd 2021.

some folks just don’t get advance parole approved. i never did either even though I filed in July 2021….thanks @yanner, I do not know when and why they do what. it’s a hot mess to wait and have faith in it lol
