hello everyone i have a question. my PD is on march 22. i heard that i can apply for workpermit wheather or not my PD is current. is that true.I have no idea. please leave a comment if someone know

you can only file for EAD once you filed your i-485. If your PD is not current then you cant file i-485 same goes to i-765(work permit)

Only if you filed your I485. If your pd is March 22, then most likely you didn't file your I485 unless you filed it when the dates where current and you fell into retrogression. The latter seems unlikely but one never knows with these things.
