EAD Timeline
Hi, whoever submitted your AOS in between Oct 30 to November 15, 2025, did you you get your EAD approved? if you got your EAD, can you share when did you have biometric?
my 485 and EAD was submitted end of October. had my biometric beginning of December. I still didn’t get my EAD approval.
my priority is May 2024. not current in the final action table yet.
Recently, I noticed two different silent timestamps in my 485. but nothing on my EAD.

I filed for my i485 Oct 2025, biometrics Nov 2025 and ead approval Dec 2025. didn’t receive the card yet after 70+ days

You’re still within a pretty normal window. For late October 2025 AOS filers who did biometrics in early December, many are seeing EAD approvals anywhere from 2 to 4 months after biometrics, sometimes a bit longer depending on NBC workload.

You know too many people applied in october after that visa bulletin published. between Nov 2023 to July 2024 lots of people were waiting. Plus action dates also forwarded a lot during these months, probably offices are really busy. you will get it eventually. My wife is still waiting, we are cutrrent now maybe she will get green card before ead. it might happen same to you as well.

@Guven Yurek Thanks for sharing. I also hope that they directly approve my GC. but if they don’t do it soon then there might be retrogression in the next bulletin.
so just hoping to get the EAD at least before any retrogression happens.

you are right but since they are trying to catch up current date, i dont think there will be retrogression. i think worst case there will be no progress in visa bulletin. if you remember last time when we see big jump in october they were saying the same things but as you see we had 2. big jump. so i believe there will beone more big jump in 4-5 months .

yeah, I’m hopeful that my PD ( may 2024) will remain current at the final action table.
also I don’t understand what sequence they maintain when approving 485. is it PD or the Receipt date of 485? I’m seeing people getting approved from end of March 24. but I also know people who submitted before them and also have PDs earlier than March 24 are still waiting!
