EAD taking too long
talked to live agent through Emma and asked when was the last time my case was reviewed. he said it was reviewed on July 20th. why would they take so long and still not approve? I’m getting so frustrated.

we are in the same boat? did you include your medical with your initial filing? or have they issued an RFE since?
I didn’t include medical initially so I suspect that they will only approve my EAD after I include medical but that’s just my hunch

@Jackson Avenue I included medical in my initial filing. so I’m not sure what the hold up is
