EAD taking over a year, VAWA not moving since June 2022… HELP
Any advice? It seems so weird to me that my EAD is taking this long. (Fingerprints updated - June 2022, taken from my previous K1)
My lawyers have sent an inquiry form already but haven’t gotten any response yet.
My prima facie expired June 15, still no renewal either.
I’m really stressing this out. What can I do?

Bro am experiencing same here 1 year plus no EAD ,Prima facie will expire this month end,I finger printed August 29,2022,lawyer also sent an enquiry they just replied after 3 months that they received correspondence and they are reviewing my case,hopefully God is faithful.

18 months gone. filed in feb 2022. No EAD. just AP. Frustrated. just hanging around these streets of lawfuly & YouTube following the case updates 🤦♀️

@Mtu Wangu I filed May 2022 - same thing, got my AP (it’s expiring in Nov) but nothing else. I wish we had some idea
