ead renewal question
hey guys, do I need to attach both my receipts for vawa and i485 for ead renewal or just the i485 ? also what other documents do I need to attach ? thanks for your kind response

photocopy of your current EAD(both front and back), photocopy of your I485 notice, photocopy of your I-94(this is optional), add a note and title it “Application for Employment Authorization (I-765) renewal and Travel Document (I-131) renewal”. Add in the note that you are applying for the renewal because your current card will expire or has expired (which ever is applicable to you) and with the note are copies of your EAD, I485 notice etc

where do you want this travel document sent ?
I used my attorney office address as I my mailing address , on this form there is not any option for mailing addrees only physical address is mentioned, what should I do ?

@hope hope are you able to receive mails at your physical address? if yes, then just go ahead and use it. Whose address did you use on page 2 (2h to 2p)?

@Dez 21 @F A : my situation was very bad , I stayed 10 months in DV shelters 😔😔😔and didn’t have safe address . I used his address for all of my applications, picked up all of my mail from his office, place which I am living is share place with other and not safe for my this kind of mail . Hope I get my 360 approval soon. this stressful time ends soon . I am seriously tired of everything.

@hope hope I am sorry you have to go through all this, trust me there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. With that being said, go ahead and use your attorney’s address, you just have to be following up with him/her to know when they send your receipt. I hope he/she will be kind enough to inform you because there is no how you can track receipt delivery. Once you get the receipt, you can the. start tracking the case online

sometimes I have to tell myself it’s a test of faith cause it’s really hard out here especially when you have bills pilling up and bills collectors calling. Covid basically made a u turn on my finances. No ead yet almost 2 years. lawyer did c31 so I have to be waiting. I’m surviving grateful for my skills but yep there is light at the tunnel, and if you believe you will receive!
