f*ck this sh!t. I dont want it to be approved this quick 🥲 I Just dont want to work for the sponsor asap. My lawyer told me that I have to work for them otherwise they will withdraw my case. I know that I can port to different employer but the issue is I haven’t been able to find one 🥲🥲🥲I am so close to give up on this sh!t.

@tibi ati My company is Wayne Farms too. I was supposed to go to Georgia, but they asked me to go to North Carolina in January. I really didn’t want to move right now because I don’t have the financial means to do so, as I’m dealing with some personal health issues. But we EB-3 Unskilled workers don’t have a voice, so I have no choice. Oh, if only I could go back in time…

or havent started yet? I will not let them know that I got my renewal until they ask me then I will go from there. I am not going anywhere until I get green. Worse case is starting a new eb3 unskilled and we get to keep the old PD
