EAD Renewal
I used Advance Parole when entering the US. My current I-94 shows ‘Class of Admission: DA’. Now, I need to renew my EAD. What should I fill in for ‘Immigration Status at your last Arrival’? Should I put ‘DA’ or ‘Parolee’? Does anyone here know the answer?

Since "DA" itself is a class of admission granted by the district office to someone who is admitted on advance parole, i suggest you to write "DA".
That is what i did.

My lawyer wants to charge me $500 for each I765 that he filed. Do you think he will respond and lose $500?
