EAD renewal
uscis received my EAD renewal since April 26. then I got my form I-797C in may. since then. nothing from uscis. no biometrics. nothing. is this normal?

it's terrible the way those people treat us, I'm waiting since August and no update yet.
my driver's license will expire in January, I'll be out of work ðŸ˜

@ Mitch NK , if you received a receipt from USCIS acknowledged they received your renewal application it’s should stated that, your EAD have 180 days extension automatically so take the receipt and your current EAD if possible take with your Passport and show up at DMV you will have your drivers license renew . also take the receipt to your job they should be able to keep you until the 180 days lapse. God willing you should get your new card before the 180 lapse .

also you may not need another biometric they can just reuse the one you have in there system.

You may want to call and ask them.
I applied for renewal in November and got my new EAD this Monday. It surprised me because the whole thing took only 3 weeks. Maybe it’s because I already had my interview and am waiting for my PD become current to have my green card approved.
