Do you have a pending I-485? If yes, it should be a different address depending on which state you live in. I had sent mine to Chicago and received receipt notice in less than one week.

@Highly favored blessed I had initially used the Lincoln address in Nebraska. Three months later I received my package back because of a small mistake and noticed that USCIS had forwarded this to Chicago. I double checked online and used the Chicago address to resubmit and received a receipt notice in less than a week.
