EAD OPT pending
My DSO inquired for me and that’s what they received this “case has not cleared all required security checks at this time. Until we receive the results of these security checks, we cannot move forward”, did anyone experienced something like that

Yes, I inquired about my ead which been pending from April 2021.. and have same respond: “Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks.”

if your case is late than the published dates by 60 days u can apply for that assistance and they usually respond fast and they look if the service center did a mistake or there was an error in ur processing they help fixing it.

i applied 2 days ago and received a response this morning that i am still not qualified for their assistance

@ Ahmad my dso said they cant do anything you wait as said by Congressman...background security check pending.....dif your dso tell you where it was stuck exactly and how many days it took for clearance
