is for non citizens applying for EAD WHETHER vawa, asylum,tPs what so ever either pending or just filled i765 on or after after 12/05/2025 will now be for validity for 18months no more 5years .The reason is for uscis to consistently fetch out the criminals by conducting enhancement vetting

some one with pending VAWA case will get 18 months validity, if case (I-360) is approved they get 5 years.

my 1–360 that was approved on Nov 17 is 2yrs which I have in my hand so I don’t know when that 18 months will go in effect.
