EAD lost, Can I work with replacement EAD application receipt?
My EAD is lost by USPS. I never received my EAD neither have copy of EAD.I got my I-765 and I-131 approval notice. Now I have to file for replacement EAD. So Can I work using the replacement EAD application receipt for 90 days?
There is one rule 8 c.f.r. 274.a.2(b)(1)(vi)
which allows employees to work 90 days with replacement card receipt.
Anybody familiar with this rule or same situation?

yes you need renewal receipt for I-765
mine expired and I got terminated form employer since mine didn’t get in time
