I hired the attorney for apply my green card. my question
is the attorney has to help me as a customer for expedite EAD (if I need) ???

yes, the lawyer can help you with the expedite. Mine did it.

For an expedite, you are submitting information as to why your case should be approved fast. You do not pay anything.

You can request an expedite without your lawyer. There is no form, you just talk to USCIS and they either approve or deny the expedite request.
If you are more comfortable with your lawyer making the request for you I think they can. But there is no fee for I-765 expedite.
