@ob o on the 23rd it said approved then Card is being produced. 24th it said approved again.

@Ro A i filed for financial hardship but before she sent the package the approval came. before that, i had done congressional inquiry and e requests

wow Congratulations @ob o finally . I’m still waiting for mine , it would be 2 years next month that they returned the notice the post of office couldn’t deliver . but funny enough I got an update last week that my I 485 is being processed

@Jesus baby google? the memo has been out since dec. it is on their website. all lawyers carried the news. no one is getting 5yrs anymore. at least not in the administration. thank you

@ob o yes and they also wrote this can impact negatively on your case and it sure didn’t cos I was supposed to get the 5years EAD but now 🤷🏼‍♀️. i requested for the receipt and finally got it but the thing never changed till now . How many years did you get 5yrs or 18months ??

t @Yagazie oma u know 5yrs is a thing of the past. since the memo came out in dec. no one gets 5yrs. that memo has been in effect since January. i feel ao bad for you cus that was 5yrs ead u missed! maybe they will reprint it and u will get the remaining years. have u done congressional inquiries?

@ob o finally they sent a mail to my lawyer that my EAD has been approved , that I should follow the instruction on approval the notice 🤷🏼‍♀️. what instruction again if I may ask? I thank God . after 2 years of waiting , God did it ! I’m so happy

i am so happy for you. but lawfully should have told u this? isnt your case on lawfully? u should have seennit on lawfully first. i think thats a generic message. i didnt have any instructions just plenty papers

@ob my case is on lawfully hence the reason I’m on the app but I got the mail first and it got updated on lawfully the next day cos is a 3rd party app. Thanks for the wishes
