EAD instead of my Vawa approval
I filed for my vawa in 2021 but nothing yet. just PF twice and it already expired. I applied for EAD renewal last year and they just approved that after 6 months. Anyone who can share insight on anything. #Vawa #2021

@murife don’t run when exactly did you apply for your renewal? i applied my renewal last yr December. Still waiting for VAWA.... but at least you got your EAD.. you're set for 5 yrs.. VAWA will come..

I applied in October. I was thinking they were going to approve it along with Vawa. I hope it means that they are working on it that’s just my worry OR they are not just ready for my case

You can try local congress inquiry. Some cases take a lot longer than others, if you are suffering you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

Same here. I got my approval 2 days ago for EAD renewal, not VAWA. Well, more waiting I guess lol

I sincerely know that feeling. I have friends who have their green card already. They all filed 2 years after I filed for mine. It gets to a point you just hate your life BUT have faith that God is able more than abundantly to show up for us. In due time my friends 🙏
