EAD in a month.
I can't believe it was that fast, I needed to request a document before applying for the green card and it was a hell to get it.I should have applied for GC last year but uscis is so arcaic and slow and gave so much anxiety that I was not expecting ead until December being lucky.

Question: should my husband apply for an EAD? I applied to bring him to the states with me. Iβm a citizen! will that help his process more? or he can provide that he has a plan to work in the states as well.

@ you can apply for ead with i-485. If you just applied for i130, you have to wait.
