EAD I-765 approved but USCIS account is not updating.
Hi everyone,
I saw my approval notice for my EAD under the documents tab on my USCIS account on August 14th and received it via mail on August 19th.
I talked to a live agent via Emma and the agent told me that my card is being produced as of August 15th.
However, my status on my USCIS account is not changing and still mentions “case is being reviewed.”
If someone had the same problem, can you please share your timeline on when the card was delivered and if your account ever updated?

**UPDATE**
08/21/23: I-765 Case status changed to “card was produced” on the USCIS account.
08/22/23: Received tracking details for the mail via live agent.

It not a problem, mine was approved on Aug 3rd and did not update until Aug 14th to “card was produced” then uscis sent me a tracking number text on the 15th and card was delivered on the 16th, uscis updated that same day to card delivered and I saw case closed. Congratulations 🎉🎈

@S K Sure. Applied for I-765/ I-485/ I-131/ I-130 on 06/23/23. Received recipet notice in the mail for all applications on 07/05/23. Recieved biometrics notice for I-485 and I-765 in the mail on 07/07/23. Biometrics done for I-485 and I-765 on 07/25/23. All my cases updated to “case is actively being reviewed on 07/25/23 right after biometrics. Received RFE for I-485 on the documents tab of my online account on 07/26/23. I submitted my response to the RFE via mail on 07/31/23. I-485 case status changed to “Response To USCIS Request for Evidence Was Received” on 08/11/23. Recieved I-765 approval notice on the documents tab in my account on 08/14/23. I-765 “card is being produced” on 08/15/23 (live agent informed me about this). I-765 “Card was produced” on 08/21/23.
