anyone knows how long has been taken for approval of EAD after fingerprints, Texas, based on adjustment of status?

my pd is March 2021 bio done on 30th July after that no update, it’s AOS family based.

they are working on Feb 2021 filers and earlier. few more months for your turn… they dont base it on your bio date.

I'm spouse of EB worker... got a job opportunity, but it looks like EAD is not gonna arrive before November, right? :(

yes submission date, u can expedite it if u are in financial crisis and has job offer.

chat or call USCIS. chat with Emma in USCIS website, type live agent and choose green card then it will prompt you… be ready to tell them your explanation. goodluck!

I had my biometrics on the 24th of sep. no EAD till now. but my i485 was updated to case is ready to be scheduled for an interview two days after the biometrics. anyone got any idea or similar experience. this is Texas based also?
