I have a question!!! my lawyer filed my case but it’s going on 3 years without nth!!! can I put in an expedite request for my EAD? WITHOUT ASKING MY LAWYER TO DO SO?

there is an online form at uscis. when you check processing times there is an option to submit if it is outside of time

3 years?? Call and say infopass. put in an expedite request especially if you have proof of financial hardship
