EAD extension got approved. still waiting for 485… TSC.. Texas..
it was my extension request. I have always been the lucky one for the EAD process.. my first EAD was approved in 3weeks. this time, my extension request was approved in just 3months.. while everyone waits for a year. I just wish my 485 were the one being approved instead. TSC… texas.. what can I say? been waiting for my 485 to be approved since Nov 2nd 2020. but.. at least.. I can pretend that I have my legal right to work and stay in this contury for one more year.

omo, Nope. I did not. I just happened to be lucky on my EAD each time so far… I am actually on my H1B.. so.. EAD is kind of useless to me 😂😂 I just really want my green card instead.

I can say that you say lucky that you didn’t have to wait for EAD. Otherwise, you would get it these days since they are working on Nov 2020 fillers. I applied in Dec 2020, and I don’t think there is a good chance for GC approval before fall. Maybe you should occupy your mind with nice things in life. You can work, you can travel, forget about GC for a few months (I know it’s not easy) so your life wouldn’t be miserable waiting. You can’t do anything; it’s out of your control.
