they’ll issue you 5years EAD and AP.

you can renew it 180 days before the expiration and they should last 5 years now

@mine asked for 500$ however I did by myself, was very easy task, just print all forms 131 $765 from uscis website, all questions are very easy and simple. Also you need to attach coy of i-94 form copy of current AP , copy of 765 and 131 which completes by you , don’t forget to sign them . beside these thing I sent 2 picse of pasport photo . good luck 🍀

you should apply for renewal ASAP! If you don’t have a lawyer, just follow the instructions from the uscis website and read carefully. you can file them yourself. everything you need is listed there. if you want to avoid any mistake, get a lawyer to submit on your behalf. they will charge you around $200 - $500.

@hope gope I have not received any Prima Facie for about a year. the last time time I had any notice from USCIS was January 2023. It’s tiring to wait, but I am hopeful.

hopefull, you welcome. if you added a lot of evidence, they make the decision quickly, but if the evidence is insufficient it takes long, sometimes they ask for more evidence, sometimes they do their own investigations. good luck
