EAD EXPEDITE THROUGH CONGRESSMAN - sept 7 filled
hi guys I made an expedite 4th times and 4th one was congressional expedite. it was almost a month ago. and today I got e mail from congressman it says “ Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. This case will be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible” should I expect something good ? my first 3 expedite was no answer. it’s normally 7.5 months ago we filled EAD. I don’t know why they are insist to not giving my EAD honestly. is there anyone similar situation or any September filler get approved?

oh really? because when made expedite by myself through uscis agent I got something similar and I Didn’t get any approve or any denied. I’m worry about it maybe this message is nothing also. I hope I’ll get approve.

my reason was I can’t pay my doctors because I don’t have money and I have a lot lot lot of work offers. I’m losing money. this 2 reason was my reasons

i am September filer and this is my seven month and my case has not been approved😞

I’m also a September filler, expedited back in February through myself and congressman, EAD was approved almost a month later not sure if expedited worked or not, status never changed

@melanie it’s me giftency, Remb I got that message on the 1st of April(Friday) and got approved on the 5(Tuesday). so two business days. which day did you get this message? I mean when did uscis send it to Congressman?

oooooh it’s youuu happy to see you 🙃 I got Monday morning I’m not counting Monday so I should get answer tomorrow or Thursday maybe ? I don’t wanna make expectations to me honestly other 3 expedite was nothing 😪

humanitarian reasons (sick parent), yes I received an email from them asking to fax evidences

Gigi I just ask congressman is there any UPTADE ? he said I know they approved but it’s not official yet. so meaning is they approved inside uscis but they still didn’t change my status I won’t get card again. he said there is no time frame for making this stuffs official. anyways it’s almost 8 months from September.
