Expedite evidence was email from work with date when my termination was gonna be due to expired work permit.. maxed out credit card statements 2 letters from friends vouching for me as financially troubled including emotionally told them about my 2 kids going to suffer current home lease,which was also not renewed that’s all I submitted for the RFE for expedite.

How did you submit? Via mail?!!

congratulations I got mine approved as well, got a job offer and sent them evidence Fax twice, was approved a week later. adjust waiting for card in the mail and yes I got a Combo so I can travel out the country. I’ve noticed that they are doing the combo again your notice should state what you got check your documents tab and see if your notice is there.

@Kimberly L🇹🇹 what is the USCIS Vermont fax number you sent your evidence to? Also, what else did you send for the expedited request besides your evidence? such as I-485 receipt or VAWA receipt. Thanks

@CC CK am at National Benfits center in massouri, they send you the number via email and what the Attn subject should be and to send a copy of the email you received. I did mine based on my job offer and also included a letter from my husbands job stating that they needed my SSN to cover my medical by law, I used a Fax app on my phone and did a short cover letter note and sent it. Called and told them it was sent agent confirmed receipt I waited a couple days called back again on aug 1st and on Aug 3rd approval was in my documents in my account.🙏🏾
