I expedited then they sent the RFE, did you ask them when was the evidence reviewed because they reviewed mine at the NBC and then went silent

if you expedite is open and pending the RFE shouldn’t disrupt it, this is what a few agents have told me

I expedite too then they sent a RFE for my husband’s taxes. Then sent an email to fax the documents two weeks later. I’ve faxed the supporting documents and responded to RFE. No response yet from USCIS.

screw ‘‘em if you don’t like the way they talk hang up and call again for a different agent, some of these people really try to give that “immigrant treatment” very condescending

give them a few more days when it hits like 40days or something raise a service request

I sent them evidence on same days 01/20/2023 still no response expedite as a health care worker they told me to wait 30 days

I pray we all get approved soon 🙏🏾.This waiting game ain’t for the weak. I’ll hang up on the rude , mean ones next time.

I e-faxed on Dec 16 and then out of the blue my expedite request got approved on Jan 20.

I have made an expedite request base on humanitarian grounds and they ask me for evidence,what should I send?

@Abdou my expedite was due to financial loss. I’m not sure about humanitarian grounds. Maybe sickness or death or accidents. Do more research and hope you get approved.

Hello, I expedited in January 2022 and got my employment authorization in February 24, 2022. I send several fax with proofs that they requested to me, and it worked. You should have a job offer, that helps a lot, and send a letter with any proof that you have explaining the case and the proofs. Good luck!
