Jan 19, nothing, there’s others from October who are still waiting so I would assume anyone who applied this year is going to have to wait until next year. the time range goes up 0.5 every month so can’t really rely on that

I know two people, one Jan 26 and Jan 25 got their approvals today

were they employment based or marriage/family? and they were at Nebraska?

I applied for i765 in January 27 based on i485 pending c9 Nebraska service center

mine just got approved today. receipt date Oct 1 2020

I had multiple rejected, the last reject was 2 months ago and I just attempted via congresswoman two days ago so waiting to hear back but assuming chances very low, I haven’t seen many employment based expedites be approved.

I called them yesterday I told I need to expedite my case she look at my case she said I dont recommend you to expedite your case if dont have approve of documents she said still early for expedite 🤣 because you didnt pass opt ...am been waiting 8 month and she said it's still early am about to lose my job 🥴🥴

yeh i wouldn’t listen to them as they are swamped with expedite requests. i stopped getting paid in March, but don’t think they are too concerned about individual circumstances

you probably won’t pass it next month though right, timernate is 7.5-9 months, so we are both at 8 months now, in one week that time range will go up to 8-9.5 months, so we I think are looking at more like December when we are outside processing time, assuming the range continues to increase as it has done. but even then they won’t just approve the application because it’s outside, there are ppl in our category who applied last October and still waiting.

Hi Rami, filed GC in Jan 2021 (EB-2) at Nebraska. Bio done in July. No combo card yet. Last update for both forms I-131 & I-765 was 3 days ago: "Name was updated" - don't know what it means. Talked to agent via Emma, told me everything is fine. Hope we will all get great news very soon

my employment based EAD is processing still at Nebraska. receipt date February 19th. Thankful for this community sharing info and timelines. makes me hopeful.

Google who is my local congressman and then on their website will have a section for help with a federal agency and you choose uscis and then they will have a form for you to fill in
