ead card renewal
I have been applying for ead card renewal 2 month ago and I have not received anything from uscis yet! i did it myself and sent it to the lockbox!
Have anyone in the same situation or known how to contact uscis!
please help :((

you should contact uscis. I got approval within a week and got the card in 3 weeks. 2 months are too long

@minh nguyen I tried to call but it did not connect me with the live agent! All I can do was emailed the lockbox but haven’t got responded 🥺

you need to keep calling USCIS. you also may ask ombudsman's office for help especially if you have proof of delivery.

I have sent my ead renewal and got notice in 10 days

I got notice within in 3 days but haven’t got ead renewal card yet . it’s been a 3 months passed already 🥲🥲
