VAWA takes almost 2 years to be approved. It's better to file C09 work permit. Good luck!

@Anita Annie it actually takes 32.5 months now. Most of us filed C09.

@Yana Yana, @Anita Annie is talking about the employment authorization card not the vawa itself it’s two different things. @Anita Annie I applied concurrently for the I360, I485, I131, and I765. My PD is August 2022. I received a message last month saying that my fingerprints were going to be reused. I was just wondering how long it was going to take for my I765 & I131 to be approved. @T EndlessWait yes I filed for C09P too and not C31. By the way right the processing time for advance parole right now is 7 months at Vermont service center.

@ Ekoum City, I thought you didn't apply for C09 coz you put it's based on vawa so I got confused😊. No one knows how long they are taking. Take it easy and leave it to God. You will get it soon. Good luck to you!
