D A - I totally believe that, having seen people in same categories but filing in different times in the same service center receive their EAD's out of order without expedite requests, unlike what USCIS says that they adjudicate cases on first come, first serve basis. yeah, right. 😂 Amy - different categories, different processing times based on service centers, in theory.
