Is your EAD under c31? That’s only issued when your VAWA is approved, if you are c9 then it is taking too long , most people are getting it within 8-12months

@Ro Raz I've heard of c31 EAD areas before vawa is approved.

@Ko ka , my understanding is that’s only issued when I-360 is processed. Google it and ask your lawyer
