no just there is c31 and c09

I m just wondering c09 category

C09 is based on I-485, and C31 is based on I-360…. so if you filed your AOS with the i-765 that’s why you received the C09 once they approve your i-360 and you had checked to receive the work permit then you’ll get the C31 if you had not checked to receive it then they won’t send it to you and you’d have to apply based on an approved i-360.
