EAD C09 category
Hello everyone, I’m seeking guidance regarding my C09 EAD timeline. I filed my VAWA package along with the I-485, I-765, and I-131 on February 28, 2025. I received my receipt notices on June 6, 2025, completed biometrics on June 27, 2025, and also received prima facie determination that same month.
I’m still waiting for my EAD, and I would appreciate any insight on current processing times or when I might reasonably expect to receive it.

check your EAD receipt and see what category is listed, if it’s C31 that won’t get produced u til after Vawa is approved, you can always apply for a category C09 as your AOS is pending.

mine it’s from Dec 30 2024 and they jst approved my EAD on November17th it was in Nebraska center c9

you said you liked under C09 so you'll soon get the EAD and then you'll have to wait for the GC etc
