i just got approved today may 10 2021. i did expedite on aug 4. and contacted senators office last week and approved today

mine got approved NBC submitted feb 16 NBC

i contacted senator of chicago.

find out your senator or congressman and go to their website they help with enquiry with federal agency. so u can submit a request in their website amd fill the form

but they will ask for proof so i submitted a letter from my employer to them. my expedite was pending for 50 days. so i have contacted them

it did help they replied to the senators office saying the are reviewing the expedte request and update soon

lmao u filed in may. it’s gonna be early next year if you are lucky. and the congressmen/senator can only do you so much. they’ll help you out if your case is over the regular processing time or if you can prove you’re under extreme financial duress

i'm on important role for my company so they wrote a letter so i could get back to work. it helped when i expedite under finacial loss uscis didnt care to respond and senators office also said financial loss isnt being consider to expedite.

yea the best thing is for your employer to help you getting in the expedite request assuming that they have a solid basis for requesting it for you

march 16 still nothing
