I got approval through expedite request. requested on 11/29, and then asked the congressman to help. I think that was useful as I got approval affer they contacted USCIS about my case. I had a job offer.

NBC, yes I received notification here about my case updates and then O checked the USCIS website

i comtacted congressman through their website before Christmas and I contacted them again a week later and they told me that they requested USCIS about my cases. then, my case was approved after about two weeks.

@ ER: yes the only job offer I had. I did send the offer letter the congressman to show that I I really need this approval.

Yes I did. Try finding your local congressman. In my case, I had to fill out a form created by their office where I had to put everything about the case plus a request letter to his office and then I attached the copy of offer letter

In my case, there was an option of " immigration help"

which was "help with a federal office"

after you finish the request online? sorry I am bothering you with all this question

they already have a form in their wbesite to provide details but in your case it could be different. but I am sure each congressman has such services to help resident with federal agency

I did find the form Thankyou very much. I really appriciate all your help you are giving me. I do have a job offer. I am desperately because I left everything in my country I have been branch director in a Bank and the fact of not working it is very difficult for me.
