EAD Approved Today after Expedite
I expedited my EAD on 9/15 and got a response that they are reviewing it on 9/24. Got approval
today.
I expedited based on financial loss to a company and had a job offer if they requested evidence.

@bidemi kalejaiye depends if you qualify for one of the criteria of an expedite. if you do, contact USCIS and ask for an expedite and state your reason

@honest core, the truth is what I did could be an entire fluke. I have seen people that did the same exact thing as me and it did not turn out as well for them. so what I can tell you might not be helpful for you. I just requested to expedite based on financial loss to a company and that was it. i heard back from them 7 days later and on day 8 I was approved.
