I explained to them I was in a financial loss situation. I supported it with evidence of my credit report , school bills and rent and utilities. I also showed them my current salary was not enough to keep up with my expenses and I am on an F1 visa

@nuru ib I thought working with your EAd while on F1 status will make you lose your F1 status , or did I assume wrong. Also was your I 131 approved as well

my I-131 has not updated yet but I am expecting to get the combo card. with regards to the first question I am not entirely certain but I do know u still maintain your status until you exit the country and re-enter with the AP and then you will be considered a parolee. but it shouldn’t affect you status in school

congratulations! what kind of jobs are you allowed to do with this approved I-765? Does it have to be super relevant to your I-140 case?
