Congratulations! How long did it take for you to get the approval after the expedited request was approved? my congressman’s office told me that they accepted my expedited request on Sep 2. I still hear no news today.

I have waited 281 days so far.

You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly. did u received that mail before being accepted??

I received that 2 months ago :( my story is long. status doesn’t change. I received information via congressman’s office.

and they accept it?

that ask me no evidence so i want to know tha chance to be approved

I did expedite requests .I got msg in June..under review case.....but still no answer

submitted expedite request on July 5th. asked for evidence on around July 23rd. submitted evidence same day. expedite request got approved July 25th. contacted them countless times and on July 29th they told me an immigration officer will contact me within 30 days which never happened. then got an email on August 31st saying expedite request was approved July 25th. contacted them again and they told me it was just waiting to be approved without giving any timeframe saying it depends on the workload of the officer.

under review expedite requests means they can approve or no ...what u thing because doesn't come answer I'm so worry about

the USCIS website. there’s an option to chat. you can just google USCIS Emma chat and it’ll take you to it
