can you check if approval letter says standalone? my 765 also got approved but no change in I-131 , and I heard if it says standalone on your approval letter it’s not going to be a combo card, but I need to travel 😬

it’s a single card got mine and I was only work permit. no update on AP.. my approval letter only said C09. and not C09P for combo card

@m s I guess they do? it shows that the decision was made at midnight so I’m guessing it was taken on Friday and only updated at midnight

if it’s okay to ask, on what basis did you expedite? I’m asking because my case is very similar to yours (marriage based with LPR) applied at NBC and I live in San Jose. My pd is nov 29th. what was your visa type when you applied for AOS?

Sid butt, I arrived with a J1 that was expiring at the end of March, my current employer wants to hire me full time for an important project that is set to begin in Q2, so I claimed financial loss to a company, but again I don’t event know whether it was taken into consideration, my status never showed the expedited request

guys, in my case i got my EAD card today ( not valid for reentry to U.S) and I 521L document with my photo. So I will bring I-521L document when I travel to my country in April .!

Hi, I also want to ask since my case gonna be the same as yours (just prepare the document to apply) so I live in US with working visa now and my LPR hubby gonna be sponsor me, did you sent I-130 first then waiting for visa bulletin before applying form I-485 & I-765 ? or you just sent all the documents together? also how long you need to maintain your validation of your current visa after sending all the paperwork? should it need to be always active till we got out greencard or it’s okey only till EAD Card arrived in hand? I hope you want to answer it thank you in advance

We filed everything at once if I remember correctly, it was handled by our lawyer. Your visa can expire once you’ve received your EAD I believe
