EAD approved! but name misspelled on notice!
guys, pd 07-12-2022, expedited twice. second time through congressman and finally today we got the approval and case changed to card being produced. when i checked the approval notice online, my first name is spelled incorrectly. i submitted a typographical error online and talked to an agent that said it might take up to 30 days. im trying to get them to change the error before they produce my card so I won’t have to send the ead card back and go through another long wait. any idea guys? receipt number: ioe091259… based on pending I-485 marriage.

ace I just submitted an expedite through my senator for the same reason. also IOE. PD is June 28th.

they should respond with you sending additional information/evidence to support your case. best of luck

ace I sent it all I. the beginning to the senator. the representative told me she’s submitted it and has a case number but it’s not showing on my end so will have to wait and see

they missed just one letter word in my name ,but my lawyer said I don't have to return it to uscis to correct it or else I might not even get it until it expires ,and I have been using my ead like that ,as long as the numbers are correct

try to reach out ,because things are getting worse with uscis ,things are really slow right there ,and some how some ways it might take time before they respond to u .....I used my misspelled name to renew my DL and used it for a job .....I don't know what u might like to do ....but it worked for me with out returning my ead ..good luck

sent back my ead and haven’t heard back yet. been 20 days. calling agents regularly, and all I’m told is to give it some time

you can find your approval notice online. if you have an online account. under documents tab.

if not, you can apply for an e-notice through the uscis website.

thanks ace a …. I might check with every now and then as I already sent my documents and still waiting, do you have an idea if I can travel with approved advance parole if I haven’t received the corrected documents? also I can’t find my documents tab on my online account, is it a subtab
