I’ve tried to expedite my ead today, i’m currently working but my income is low (because of papers) and my company want me to give my ssn which I don’t have YET. I’m afraid to expedite and they request so much info and docs I don’t have enough proof and my case waiting period gets longer... anyone with dolomita experience? thanks

@Eddy I’ve said my company is requiring my Ead even thought I work, the live agent said they would expedite but it could make the process longer, I was afraid they would send me a Rfe and screwing up everything... I currently work but it’s like my boss is giving me less money because of not having an ssn and I’m not able to go to college, all of that (idk if that could be a reason) should I try anyways?

why did the agent say that the expedite will take longer? Does that mean you are close to getting EAD and an expedite RFE will make it longer?

I believe expediting could trigger a RFE, meaning a longer process time in most cases, I wish they’ve told me “calm down you ead and green card is one the way” lol

@new green card holder, I am super confused how are you able to work without SSN/ EAD if you are working illegally you can get in trouble just expedite on financial loss you dont have ead therefore you cant work but if thats not true then please explain what re you trying to do?

my ER got rejected yesterday , I eard that I have to wait 1 month before re doing an expedit request again … I’m not sure 🤔
