I applied for renewal on Jan 2023 , 6 months earlier than expectation date . only thing which I got was a notice. my EAD card was expired on June 17,2023 . However; I ask my lawyer regarding that delay. He said read your notice you will find out , on the notice said , show this to your employer. my question is : do I need a new EAD card ? I am already waiting for 33 months for my 360 . 😢😢😢😢

Tee T@ when was your first EAD card expired? how many day before expiration date you applied for that renewal?

@hope hope you can give your employer the notice which states the 540 days extension to extend your expired EAD. my first EAD is expiring in October and I submitted the renewal in June. so basically 4 months before expiration.

you have automatic extension. you just need to show the renewal notice that you received

How many days for New application ?
