I tried expediting via EMMA July 12 and got a denial without asking for evidence on July 21

@PD did the congressman office contact you after you send the expedite request?i sent mine july 23rd.they haven’t contact me yet

yes, they contacted me 7 days after I filled in the request online. The documents I attached didn’t go through and they asked me to send again. I did, and 2 days later they responded that they had put in the expedite request.

I filled their form online on July 18 and the office contacted me to re-upload my evidence docs on July 25. They initiated the request with USCIS on July 27.

@PS i just spoke to congress rep.
she hung up to call USCIS .they’re calling me back.God willing they accept my expedite request.
this whole process is driving me crazy.im depressed
