congrats! when was the expedite approved and when did you receive approval of the case and combo card ?

I called them on Monday 09/20, received email on 09/23, submitted response on Friday 09/24. 09/28 they accepted expedite request , 09/29 status updated to new card being produced.

Shoaib - I submitted Feb 20, 2021 - TSC - I140 approved in Sept 20. I am waiting one more week and then will file expedite request. My 180 extension is up 2nd of November.

I485 is close too, was kind of hoping they were sorting that out! I filed Feb 2020 for that, I140 approved Sept 2020.

I submitted on Jan 06, 2021, TSC. My 180 extension expires Oct 17, 2021. Sent expedite request on Sep 27, 2021, they declined the next day without asking for any evidence or proof. Not sure if i need to try again, or contact Emma or call them.

per my lawyer, we can ask for expedite again ... not sure if you mentioned to them last time, but this time mention it that you have all the proofs available and can be provided if needed

When did your card expire?

In 30 days or so you should be able to lodge a service request, December 5th is where it is at just now.

my card will expire 17th Oct2021

my 10 month should be around 6th of Nov

what do you mean lodge service request?

The receipt date for a case enquiry is currently 5th of December, once that date reaches the date you submitted (your notice date of your receipt) - you can lodge a formal request.

Yes, same thing that’s how you lodge it. Go on USCIS website and engage on Emma chat, (virtual assistant) and request to speak to agent - then request expedite on grounds on financial severity, say you have proof to show and then lodge expedite request. You will get notification of that and could be asked for further evidence.
