we did not, had to take my wife down to SSA and request one even though we had asked for it when applying. From there takes up to two weeks to get it.

i did! then 5 days later i got my EAD. its ok

@james lytle I've requested mine when I applied, so I hope I won't have to go down there either😏

I had to go there today! I got my card from June 14th! wish I had gone sooner.

@Shanice Robinson yeah, very possible. Mine would have arrived a week before my EAD, if not the mistake USCIS made on the delivery address.
